Hanady Brand Development offers the following design services:

We are a creative studio focused on aligning all designs with your brand identity and vision.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate and up-to-date information necessary for the project. Failure to provide essential details or respond to requests for approval may delay the project timeline. You are responsible for ensuring that all content provided to us, including logos, images, and text, complies with applicable laws and does not infringe on any third-party rights.

4. Payments and Invoicing

Our invoicing process is as follows:

• Initial Payment: A partial payment is required before project commencement.
• Final Payment: Full payment must be made before final project delivery.
• If you fail to complete payment, we reserve the right to pause the project until the full amount is received.

Payment details and terms will be included in your invoice. Services will not be provided until the required payments are made.

5. Intellectual Property

All designs created by Hanady Brand Development remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, you receive the rights to use the final designs for your business as outlined in your project agreement. We reserve the right to use the final designs for promotional purposes in our portfolio.

6. Revisions and Approval

We provide a set number of revisions as part of our design process. Additional revisions beyond what is agreed may incur extra charges. Final designs must be approved in writing (email or project management tools). Once approved, no further changes can be made unless agreed upon in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability

Hanady Brand Development is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of our services, including delays or errors in the design process. Our liability is limited to the fees paid by the client for the specific service.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the project at any time by providing written notice. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for paying for all services rendered up to the termination date. Any work completed before termination will be provided to the client upon full payment.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Boca Raton, Florida.
